Operation And Principle
1.Please equip the most suitable electricity and use the suitable material
2.The temperature should be not more than 40centigrade,the moisture should be not more than85%.
3.Please check every parts of the machine
4.Please add lubricating oil every week
5.All of the oil seal should be changed every three months
6.Please clean by water after using
7.The size of the material should be not more than 6mm,the moisture should be not less than 70%.
Working Principle of Charcoal machine
Briquette machine uses a large screw to grind, compress and extrudethe biomass into briquettes. The natural lignin content in biomassis liberated with wood fiber under high pressure and temperature.Inthe briquetting process lignin serves as the glue and combines theparticles of wood together, thus binding, compressing the biomassto form into various moulds of high density briquette, such ashexagonal, quadrangular, square, etc. As your requirement, we canalso change the shape to order. And the diameter of briquettes arefrom 50-80 mm. Moreover non-binder needs to be used during thisprocess.
