As I said, wood pelletmills are more low geared. Smaller mills will use a planetary geararrangement either in place of the typical hypoid gears or inaddition to them. Larger mills typically change out thetransmission altogether and replace it with a worm geartransmission in an integrated right angle gear motor. There areother differences like thicker die, larger shaft diameter andbeefier bearings but those items are unseen by the consumer andvary from one supplier to the next. Here are the ones I can supplyreadily, but there are others as well.

Applications:

   This model can produce sawdust /wood pellet , and waste biomasspellet , such as straw , rice husk pellet and  so on. It canbe used for burning .

How to Work : 

The pellet mill is easy to operate,  we will install themachine and test machine well before delivery, once userconnect it with electric power, and the raw material isdelivered into the Pellet Machine through a conveyor and thenconveyed into a rotating ring die by a feeder

Wood Pellet Mill with Rotating RollerDesign:

There are two designs of the flat diepellet mills/small pellet mill, One version of the wood pellet millhas a rotating die while the other has rotating rollers. In moredetails, the first type of these small pellet mills has astationary roller shaft with a rotating die create wood pellets.The second design has a stationary die with a rotating roller shaftso that the rollers spin to force the feedstock through the holesof the die which are then condensed into wood pellets.
There are two advantages to the wood pellet mill with a rotatingroller design. One is that the rotating roller has much longerservice life than the traditional design--about 2000hours.Furthermore wood pellets produced by the rotating rollerdesign are much longer, of up to 3 centimeters ormore.
